There is one word that sums up our love for Gothenburg, Sweden's food culture and especially Sweden's school food culture - BAMBA!
We therefore opened our restaurant in Gothenburg with the same name in 2016 to keep this culture alive. With us, the community is undemanding, the food is well prepared, the local microbreweries are well represented and we have Gothenburg's best Swedish food according to our guests.

At Bamba we serve classic Swedish dishes with an international touch. Each week, our menu features one or more different dishes that complement our regular menu.
LARGE RANGE OF DRINKS
Finding the right beer, wine or non-alcoholic alternative to go with your food can sometimes be difficult - but our wide selection makes it easier. Ask the staff what they think goes best with what you're eating and you're guaranteed to be satisfied. Bamba has a big selection of beer, wine, drinks and non-alcoholic options.
QUIZZES AND THEME NIGHTS
Every Wednesday at 19.00 we organize a quiz at Bamba. In addition, we have popular theme evenings several times a year, which are fully booked almost immediately.
